There is no charge to place an ad listing in this forum however, ALL transactons "MUST" be conducted in accordance with ALL Federal, State & Local laws, we provide this forum soley as an informative place to legally buy, sell and/or trade your items. We assume no liability and/or resposibility (of any kind) for ANY transactions that may take place anywhere on or off of this site. We will not assume any liability or responsibility in any disputes between buyers & sellers, any complaints should be addressed privately between buyers & sellers, and/or either party may also address and/or try to resolve transaction issues in our feedback forum (if they wish) where it will be up to the sole discretion of the owner and/or staff of this site to determine whether two or more negative feedbacks are legitimate cause for termination of any person's membership of this site. "Please Follow These Instructions Below"

1. You must be a registered member with a post count of 50 posts before you can place a listing in this forum.

2. When you place a listing you must either list an "Email Address" or activate your "Private Message" feature located in your "User CP" in order to provide a way for those interested in your ad listing to contact you or your listing may be deleted.

3. ALL listings are considered "ACTIVE" unless edited and marked "SOLD"
by the listing member when transactions are complete, or please delete your listing(s) after being sold. NOTE: Older listings in this forum may be pruned every 90 days unless updated by the member who placed the listing.

We appreciate your cooperation/help in keeping your active listings updated within the 90-day time frame.

4. In addition, we have now provided(free of charge)in this
forum, 4 browse box buttons to host pictures of your ad listings, plus
our IMG, i.e. image link button for your images that you may
already have hosted elsewhere other than in your computer
files....PICTURES ARE REQUIRED. POSTS ( guns for sale) WITHOUT PICTURES WILL BE DELETED AS OF 01/09/10 Also please price your items. No "best offer" listings.

5. PLEASE NOTE: Replies are NOT permited in
this forum. The reason for this is to keep this forum from turning
into a discussion forum therefore, any posts that appear to be
in the form of replies in this forum will be deleted.

6. Any abuse or non-compliance with all of the above content or
any TFF site policies may be considered in violation of such, and subject to immediate and without prior notice, termination of your
your membership and or access to this site.

7. Sellers will be limited to 4-new thread ad listings and you may list as many items as you like and edit/add/delete etc, as long as you have no more than 4-threads posted at any one time frame.
