A friend sent me this picture. Anyone have a clue as to what it is?

The ones most people think of are the percussion ones, 'cause that's the kind Navy Arms replicated.

Next to the cheap bumperjack guns they made to drop over France in WWII that is one of the ugliest guns I've ever seen. What caliber is it and have you shot it?

If that's the ugliest you've seen, you need to get out more. :D

We got "designed ugly", like this Browning Model A 25 ACP, or this Dardick 1500, or this Helfricht Model 3. And then we have "made ugly", like this poor Desert Eagle.

First one I've seen! Hell of a nice example! 9 x .44? (.36?) with a 20 gauge buck and ball surpise at the end. CSA Cavalry seemed to like them.

Alpo, I think those guns are rather attractive and I would not mind having any of the above in my collection. It's all in the eye of th beholder.

I think the Le Mat looks awesome, both versions. Would love to have one. Those other ones are pretty damn odd looking but I'd still take them. :p

How about a Tribuzio 7mm Squeeze gun, a Sedgley glove pistol (strap it to your forearm, punch somebody and it shoots), and a pair of Le Gaulois, cigarette pistols?
