old 12 ga. shotgun

i have an old 12 ga, the only name i can find on it is dunlap, there are some dates on the rh side , have to use magnifing glass to read them. can not find any info on it, any info would be appreciated

W. H. Davenport Arms Co., Norwich, CT manufactured some guns for gun for the Dunlap company , from warner patients they acquired

dunlaps actually still trade today somewhere in virginia i think from memory


they also had a pistol design

Click on advanced and look for the paper clip and you'll be able to attach the pic/image.

On the bottom of the page click on the "Go Advanced" button, then write what you want, then above the box where you add your reply you'll see Fonts Sizes, a smiley face then a paper clip, click on the paperclip and it will open another tab that allows you to add photos. Welcome to the forum.

jack404 has given you the pertinent information. You can google Warner Davis Shotguns for more info. Value for these old single barrel shotguns is not high, I would think around a hundred to 125.
