i was just looking thru my box of yet to be used items and see that i have bought a pound of h380 and havn't a clue why.. :) I'm sure I bought it for some specific calibre that my other powders didn't cover.. just looking thru my notes i can't figurte out which one yet.. :)

An outstanding powder in the 22-250 and the 220 Swift. Too slow for use in the .222 and the .223, but can be used in the .222 Mag. It also works very well in a large number of cartridges that have a similar case capacity in the 308 size range.

suitable for 25-06 ?
Maybe with the light bullets. .25-06 is a tad overbore for the burn rate of H380
Its decent in .30-06 with bullets 150-180 grains. And a suitable powder to run in a Garand.

I've used it in the 22-250 and the 35 Rem. Probably should consider using mag primers with it for max success.
