That is respectable shooting. As far as the Smith, I want it!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I always shoot out to 100 yards every time I go out. It's fun.

I'll have to try it sometime, but I'm luckey to hit the target at 25 yards.
(Hummm..., maybe thats the problem I'm to close, and becoming far sighted.)

Start out at 10-15 yards and then work your way out to 100; you'll drop them in the sweet spots with just a little practice.

Nice shooting Bushmaster !

Nice looking Smith with some great shooting on the target!

That things got a few miles on it, but it's still purty!

Just try it. shooting long distance helps you to refine your skills and helps you to understand trajectory.

5" .357 Magnum shipped to Western Hoegees in August 1955.
Grips were gotten on eBay.

I've hunted with a .357 for many decades,
mostly a 6"-6.5" barrel length revolver....
Not only is it doable at 100yds.......
with very pristine accuracy [if you roll your own],
but for quite some yardage thereafter!
In my Contender, it makes my Blackhawks look like
an amateur in transvestite clothing......:)

Yes, and then post some pics of the target and the gun.

As Old Grump and Carver said,
go out there and do'er agian. The more, the more better and eaisyer it becomes and the groups get better and better. (and alot of fun gettin' accurate as it may one day, come in very handy to shoot longer distances with "what ya have to "do" with"!):cool:;)

If everything goes as planned, I'm going to the range tomarrow morning, and I'll give it a try.
