I was just thinking of what a shame it is that the only thing a lot of politicians and citizens know about gun is the distorted view that Hollywoood give them.How can you kill ever one in a room with out aming while jumping off a flight of stairs with a hand gun in each hand? Or shooting a fully-automatic rifle with a 30 round magazine for minutes without reloading,or shooting someone in the chest with a hand gun and fly acroos the room from the impact.I think it was Charles Shummer on c-span in 1994 during the crime bill debate that stated the only thing he knew about guns is what he saw on TV. GOD help us all.

I'd imagine that's why we are losing a lot of our rights:ignorant people only knowing what they see on tv.

Not only about the guns but about Hollywood. People see it on TV and think that is the way it is or should be. what they should do is read a book and make up their on minds.

Very few liberals who dislike guns can actually keep their opinions intact after they've been to the range for the first time....

The fault may be ours. We need to be taking more of these anti's to the range !!!

The thing is, the range is a VERY good way to flip an anti. I turned one with logic to the point that he DID go to the range and turned. He turned so far he is a guest host for Rush, now. We also turned two anti's with a range day for local officials and reps that same year. Unfortunately, the two we flipped, were de-elected for the next term. :( sometimes, you just can't win.

It's only getting worse, with all the "reality" TV and all. I'm not sure what "reality" most of these druids live in, but I've never been there.
