is it telling you that your name is allready takeing or what. if u fill out the information scrool dowm to the bottom of the page where they ask you if you want to take the free offers and if not just click on the right bottom side of the page where is says ignore or no or something like that.if u have done all of the above then u just click back on tff live chat and it should open up for you.

I've tried registering twice now. It says it will send a confirmation to my e-mail address, but it doesn't. And everytime I try to log in, it says "invalid password".

If you are not receiving their confirmation email, then your email host may be blocking it. You probably need to "white-list" ezboard through your email package or tell your email host that emails from ezboard are ok. After you have done that, go to http://help.ezboard.com/ and have them re-send your validation email.

IF youn still can not access the chat room you need to unregister and start over since you register twice.
