They dont support us. I have a friend that works there so I sent my wife to them to get her timing belt changed. She gets it back and its running rough. This morning I went by to check what time they opened so she can get her car back in and I noticed the sign saying I cant carry there. I asked the manager about it and it's a company policy. I then informed him that he wouldn't be getting any more business from me after they fix thier screw up.

No signs in thier shops in my area.

when I was young I worked part time at a few GoodYear company stores. And I saw plenty of dishonest things happen. Myself even today I would never ever deal with a GoodYear store.

Nice to know. Thanks for the heads up. I've used them in the past, but no more.

We have a great independent tire outlet here that gives good prices and service that I've never seen anywhere else.
Thanks for the heads up, y' all.

My son had a bad experience with our local Goodyear and will never go back. Marlin and I always use the independent shop he mentioned. Great service, and locally-owned, so our money stays in our community!
