Back a few months ago when I got a 5906 I took it over to show my mom and took her with my to the range to shoot. She instantly fell in love with it, she said the light trigger and the small felt recoil were great. For comparison the only gun she has is a Smith Model 10 4" .38 spec. So needless to say she wasn't used to light triggers and little to no recoil. At any rate, after that day at the range I have been looking for another one to get for her I finally found one about three weeks ago at a pawn shop two hours from my house. The drive was worth it and the price was right ($325). So today was her birthday and I surprised her with it early this morning. I thought she was going to start crying the look on her face I would have paid a thousand dollars to get it for her. I guess this is the right forum for this maybe not. Anyway here is a pic.
