I am looking for some information on the following revolver.
It was made by US Revolver Co. , the SN is A-67366, it is a 5 shot in what looks to be a .32S&W caliber. It has U.S. printed on the grips.
When was it made? Where was it made?

the u.s. revolver co. handguns were manufactured between 1910 and 1935 by iver johnson's arms & cycles works, fitchburg, mass. there were two models a solid frame called the 'double action' and a top break called the 'automatic' there are three frame sizes in the double action series and two in the automatic. the "A" letter code was used in the 32 s&w centerfire caliber small frame automatic (top break). in this model serial number A67366 was manufactured in 1928, there were 1,400 of this model manufactured that year.
all u.s. revolver co. handguns are considered safe with modern ammo if in shootable condition. they were however manufactured as a less expensive version of iver johnson's main line revolvers. value for one in poor condition is about $40 and will go up from there to about $150 in excellent condition.
