Cleaning out my Grandpa's reloading stuff, ran across a couple of items I'm unfamiliar with. Hoping someone here might know.

Obviously its at least partially a bullet mold for a 38-55 made by Marlin awhile back, but any idea if this is collectible or desirable anymore?

This one baffles me. Comes apart as shown, Winchester, but I forgot to take a pic or write down what it said for caliber. I *think* it's labeled .30 Winchester somewhere, but I won't swear to that. Anyone tell me what this is, what it does, and again possible value if any?
