Can someone give the DOM on the Smith 15-2 I just picked up?
I know it's between 61-67 since it's change 2.

1965, but I think you have an extra digit in that serial number.

All the revolvers K605000 - K658000 were made in 1965.

Your right got and extra 2 in there should be 6269 not 62269

.22WRF, did that Model 15 come with the original "diamond" stocks? Diamonds were standard in 1965 but a lot of used guns are missing them. Blame eBay.

Ya Steve got the orig Diamond Grips. This gun is just about untouched since it left the factory.

What was th last year for the Diamond Grips???

Diamond stocks were standard until 1968.
