taurus extractor rod loose

hello;

have a taurus model 606,.357/ported/ 1 7/8" bbl., with an extractor rod that keeps coming loose. shooting generally +p stuff. tighten as tight as i dare. been told not to use loc tight. any other suggestions. thanks for any input.

Try clear fingernail polish. Fixed my S&W 38.

A little touch of blue Loc-Tite will fix it, also known to happen to S&W revolvers.
