Does anyone have load data for 243?

Using 100 grain soft point.
Also should I use standard or magnum large rifle primers?
I have IMR 3031, 4064 & 4198 on hand.

You can find all the latest data here using that bullet weight with IMR powders.

Standard Rifle primers will work fine.
