Shotgun loads

I do not load shotgun rounds. My question is, what is the lightest 12 guage load that you can buy off the shelf? I have a shoulder problem and dont want to buy a shotgun that I cant shoot.

Winchester AA Featherlites.

I just checked. They have renamed 'em.

They are now, Winlite Low Recoil.

Try any brand of Dove & Pheasant loads from Wall Mart, or any where else that sells shot shells. These are light loads, and have very little recoil, intended for close shots on birds.

Midway has 12 guage youth loads. the shells are actualy about 1 1/2 inches in length. not recomended for pumps though only single shots
