RICHMOND, Va. — A 90-year-old Medal of Honor recipient can keep his 21-foot flagpole in his front yard after a homeowner's association dropped its request to remove it, a spokesman for Democratic Virginia Sen. Mark Warner said Tuesday.

I still don't get it....

People are complaining that we can't fly OUR flag?
We can't say "Christmas" anymore!
and Terrorists get constitutional rights....

I'm glad that Vet won the battle! Maybe....little by little we can get OUR AMERICA BACK!

The problem is that one person alone can stop something the majority does. What happened to the days of the petition. When you had to obtain enough support for your position before you even thought of opposing something. Time for majority rules to become the law of the land again!
