I have one of those old Terni 7.35 carbines, cut down-sporterized; doubt it has any value. Would it be safe and might someone suggest a subsonic load for plinking. I have about a 60yd. range out back and neighbors who don't mind the 'pop-pop' from 38's or even 45's but get really bothered by the high crack (sonic) of hi-velocity loads. I ask 'cause I seem to remember reading once upon a time that really light or small powder charges can be dangerous. I have plenty of bullets or can swage down some .30 if needed.
