I purchased my PLR-16 about 2 years ago. I haven't Fired it yet. It's turning into a safe queen.

I have one, had it about two years. I think it is a sweet gun. Now I have only put about 300 rounds down range with it, however it did feed all the ammo I put in it. I used PMC 55gr, Remington 55gr and Priv-Partizan 55gr. All worked well. I am accurate with it out to around 50 yards or so (I'm a fair shot at best). I think this is a very nice gun, it will take all standard AR15/M16 magazines. The barrel is threaded as well and will accept AR15 style muzzle brakes and flash suppressors. There is one con. The barrel and gas tube heat up real quick, like after about 15-20 rounds. They make a front hand guard for it and I will be purchasing one in the future.

This would make a great gun where a close-quarters weapon is required. The PLR-16 conceals amazingly well under a coat and fits perfectly into a small range bag or other similarly sized case. It offers a lot of high velocity firepower in a very compact package. You can dump a 30 round mag in just a few seconds. It would be one of the guns I would take in a SHTF situation.
