So many possibilities for an appeal and he has to depend on the Governor? It sounds as if his attorneys know all the Judges in New Jersey and are taking the most likely step.

Heck to me that would be a good reason to not have them in the house but in the car.

One more reason to dig up New Jersey, load it onto a fleet of garbage scows and dump it and most of it's politicians, cops and judges into a very deep part of the ocean. Mayor Daley and Bloomberg to join the dumping party as honorary supervisors.

The Governor should just give him a complete pardon.
Pardons are handed out in most states.
