So I roll my own with the little 60 grain Hornady Gold Dot for the .32 ACP. When I get my swage die finished for the copper bullet, I will be pushing a all-copper hollow point, cut to make a 5 point star, as fast as I can get it to go out of the Czech.

Check out MagSafe. Low recoil. High muzzle velocity, as in flat trajectory. Bullets are composites with buck shot manually loaded. Bullet dumps its energy without passing through your target. Less chance of getting shot by your own round. I have not tried these yet, I just found out about them, but I'm going to try them. Magsafe says they are better than hollow points.

41 magnum 200 grain xtp hollow points 20 grains h110
my usual hot loaded handloads,I'm not trusting my life to factory produced ammo.
I couldnt care less about the legal ramifications,if an intruder chooses to enter my home, late at night,I intend on showing him some firepower.

5 grs. of AA2 behind the 158 gr. Hornady in a Smith 442 .38 Special.
This load develops 807 fps in the 1-7/8" bbl and shoots to point of aim at 25 yds.
The amazing thing is that it'll stay in 4" at that range.

I compared the actual black talons (the ones that are black) to ranger SXTs. Ballistic gel reeks btw. They are very similar, the coating on the talons keeps it from fragmenting though, the SXTs tended to want to fragment quite a bit compared to the talons. Both do the job very well though. Silvertips are great, glasers, hydrashocks, corbon, and gold tips all do the job rather well in various calibres .357 sig, .380 acp, .45 acp, .41 mag (could only find feds and corbons), 9mm, .38 special. Yeah I was bored and I wanted to know how well what I had worked. 380 was the weakest but looks to me that it will do the job. If only I had a high speed camera, I used to small a piece for my .308 and well it went to chunky, kinda ran out by the time I got to the rifle, I used winchester silver ballistic tips, the ones rated for deer.
