If you want the entire other post, you click on the little blue bar that says quote.
If you only want part of it, you "quote", and then delete whatever of the original post you don't want.

Yeah, if you delete any of the block, you get the above.

click on "Quote", drop down two lines, and write what you want. Then click "Submit Reply". We forgot to mention the part about skipping down a line, or two!
You can also start at the beginning, but then the quote will be after what you wrote, instead of before it. Don't really matter, as long as you don't erase any of the stuff within the brackets.click on "Quote", drop down two lines, and write what you want. Then click "Submit Reply". You can even put some stuff above what you are quotingWell I tried it in a post :bleh: did'nt work very good but I will keep trying:confused:
and some stuff below it, if you want to.

You can even put some stuff above what you are quoting
It's also possible to put some stuff in the middle.
and some stuff below it, if you want to. Or even add some extra stuff within the quote itself.
Lever actions, slide (pump) actions, and many types of single shots are completely ambidextrous (that is, unless the stock is specially shaped). You should have no trouble finding one of many options to fit you.
Welcome to TFF, CUN! :)
Just wanted to see if this worked. :p
You can even quote from other threads. This one's from a thread about left-handed rifles.

Well went and saw it again tonight. Have some important questions to answer now. Apparently seller has dropped price to $114,500. However, $118,000 is bank approved. Because it is a shortsale if I offer less than $118,000 the bank could take 60 days to tell me no, and then I have to start over. I can wait 60 days + 30 days for closing, double that to do it again, I don't think so...
$3,000 is not chump change, but in the monthly mortgage that is a difference of $15, big whoop.
Also looks like the seller has agreed already (have to confirm still) to pay closing costs and negotiator fees- which means coming in at $118,000 with a high earnest will be an incredibly strong offer. If they already agree to those things, $115,000 might still be a great offer, but I'd hate to lose it over $15 a month.
Might be making an offer tomorrow!!!
I will get on the board quickly and number one mission is to get a pool, or cut fees. Reasonable, but obnoxious to pay $323 a month without a freaking pool. Though that is fairly standard in the area. I will get to see all the records before reaching acceptance though and can back out for any reason.
Actually looked into that, this one is not but an earlier one I liked was. I swore WA had laws like that but could not find anything on the books- as for living near a school.
There are quite a few good 1911's out there.
When I was looking for another 1911, I had narrowed it down to a Ed Brown, Wilson, or Les Baer. Ended up with the Les Baer, and was NOT unhappy. It preformed flawlessly (well, except for the mag springs) all season. Would not hesitate to get another one, but I would probably get one of the other two.
You know, been there, done that. Try something else.

You can even quote from other threads. This one's from a thread about left-handed rifles.
And the multi-quote button allows you to quote several posts--even from three different threads, as I did here--all in one response. Wonderful, isn't it? :D:D:D
ETA: Hmmm... that "hanging" quote=Alpo wasn't something I did. That was simply a mess that occurred within the way I ordered all these silly quotes.

Hey goofy don't beat your self up. I am in the same boat when it comes to doing things with the computer. Just keep plugging away. You will never find more kind and helpful people than right here on TTF to help you out. I have to rely on them at times to figure things out.
