What Have I Got Here?

I was going through some of my reloading equipment today and found these...I have no idea what they are for...I use mostly RCBS and RCBS Competition, Dillon and Lee dies...By their looks they are prob RCBS something...One appears to be part of a seating die and the other, hollow piece, I havent a clue..Both appear to slip inside a die body, but could be wrong, because I simply cant remember where I got them and for what.:confused:.Dang mind is a terrible thing to lose...;)

Looks like those are the micrometers for RCBS powder funnels.

The one on the right appears to be a die for a Lyman 310 tong-tool.

Cutter got it....I so rarely use the powder throwers I had forgot they have a large and small micrometer insert...:o..Thats the large in picture....Plus it was in the wrong box..:rolleyes:...Thanks..
