Just seen this posted on Facebook, I plan to install an aftermarket trigger and only shoot it at a range and load one round at a time so, I think I won't worry about it! But I'm glad you posted cause I was just getting ready to.
This recall notice has been around awhile. Yet our paper just printed it off to the side like it was "new" news.

This is a good reminder that any gun purchased, especially from another person, should be followed up with a check of the gun manufacturer to see if any recalls may exist for those guns. Purchase from another will not get you the email or letter of a recall unless you register on their site (assumption here). The check of the recall may help in the bargaining for that item.

Now that I have typed this, I need to check my guns out since I have not in over a year.
Thank you for posting this! My rifle is affected by this recall. My other one has a Timney trigger on it so it is not. At the present, as Tdubb stated, I only shoot at the range one shell at a time and plan on putting in an aftermarket trigger (probably Timney).
Thanks again! MarvW
