I currently own 3 Saigas two 7.62x39 models, one shorter version and one longer and a Saiga 12 and I love all three never had problems with them I actually really like them, but I was wanting a kit for one of my 7.62s with an adjustable stock ect... And was wondering if anyone has any suggestions or have done one this way?

How would you go about making one "tactical" without doing the conversion? Eliminating the transfer link on the trigger alone makes them much better shooters IMHO, but you need to move the trigger group in order to do that, and of course along with that comes the pistol grip, and the original stock won't fit anymore...it's pretty near impossible to halfway do one, pretty much choice of furniture is about it, whether you go full AK stock or collapsible, etc.

It's one I bought new and did the conversion one, but it's gone on down the road, I tend to not keep them for too long. The Saiga was $319 new on sale from Classic Arms just before the panic hit. I bought the conversion kit and stock kit, etc. from Carolina Shooter's supply, if I remember right they have an ongoing discount count of CSS.

Just bought about 350 dollars worth of parts from them for one of my Saigas and then also around 350 from Atlantic firearms for a stock for the other gun (bumpfire) hehehe I'm going to go through a lot of ammo!
