Alien Gear, What's Up With Them?

I purchased two holster's during a sale they were having. The purchase was made September 5th. At check-out, I had a message stating I would receive shipping information and a tracking number once the sale was completed.

On the 8th, I sent them an email asking for the shipping info. They never responded. I sent them another email on the 11th. They have yet to respond.

When a company has been paid for a product, and made promises to the customer, I expect them to live up to their end of the sale. It's now been 9 days since the purchase, and another week since I made my first inquiry. I am at the point now where I am wondering whether I should call my credit card company and cancel payment, or to just sit here and hope for best. I have no patience with folks who don't seem to care about their reputation.

Anyone had dealings with them...positive or negative?

I happen to have 2 of there holsters both are good products they are a little slow at returning e mail. I had a problem with some t shirts were the address was wrong on my part contacted them and had a response within a few days and ended up with 4 shirts. Also takes about 6 weeks or so to recieve your holsters. Ordered 1 for a m&p shield and it took a little longer but they kept me informed.

Thanks-
They are a fairly new company. Seemed to have a decent product at a good price with a lifetime guarantee.

I ordered an item for a gift. They charged my card the day I placed the order. After not hearing from them for three days I called checking on the order learning that it was back ordered for another 7 to 10 days and that put delivery of this Christmas gift into the new year.

After three calls and three e-mails the order was finally canceled today. Still waiting on the refund.
Thanks for that, Sam. I quoted one of the posts from there ( above yours ). Not by itself either.
Kinda sucks...no, it does suck..I'll give them til the end of this week ( Friday ) to tell me the order is on the way. If not, I'll send them an email, after I call my credit card company and cancel it.

One of the posts here said, basically, that's the way they are..I can't accept that as an excuse. If that is the way they are, I won't be the first to cancel an order, or the last.

Being the age I am, I was raised to believe a person is only as good as their word. I know it's naive to think that's the way it should be in every facet of life, but until this ( my ) generation dies off, I am not alone.

Something I have found works REAL good, when there is no response to an email.

CALL THEM.

There is no spam catcher at Comcast. That where I read my mail, right on Comcast's email processor. They don't make judgements on what I consider Spam. Anything I don't want to pull to my PC, I dump while it's still at Comcast.

ok.. just a sugestion.

My server is ATT and sometimes they blacklist a sender if they think they are spamming.. it doesnt even go into my spam folder.. but is completely rejected by the server. on rare occasion, even email read notices from message boards ( like this one ) get killed long before i see them. It's based on how much email is sent out..e tc. was just curious if that might be happening to comcast as well.

The holsters...most pleased with them. The leather is more than I expected it to be. It's about 1/8---3/16 thick. Smooth and rounded on all edges. For me, just enough of it surrounding the weapon.
The Clips that hold it to your belt are sturdy, and look like they'll last longer than I will.

The Neoprene Composite holster shell that is molded to fir your handgun is not cheap looking at all, and it fits my gun like it was made for it. :)

I bought the package that included a IWB, and OWB. Two small packages of fittings came with them ( 1 each). Their purpose is to replace existing holster shells in case something breaks or if you want to change the weapon you're now carrying. If you decide you do want to change weapons, they will replace the shells for any weapon you want, for free, as long as you own the AG holster.

The entire thing is guaranteed for life against wear, or breakage, not bad. You can return it w/in 30 days if you want your money back.

No way to beat them for the money..I'm pleased.
