For the pistil powder they show some load data for 9mm, .40 and .45. I compared the data they show to load data, in the Speer manual, for the same weight bullets and found nothing close. That makes me a little leery about the powder. I would have thought that with the name being "Commercial 5" it kinda might be something like AA#5, don't appear so!

One thing I have learned well from you folks is ................. Go by published load data tables , not someone or some website saying "Oh, it's repackaged bulk powder and we can't mention the brand, just use it as you would brand xxx and brand xxx powders" This to me is just hearsay on the internet so I wouldn't even consider it.

I did try to call but got an answering machine with a message that said they wrre either on the phone with another customer or busy packing orders so I sent an email. Let's see what I get back.

You know I like my guns the way they are, not in pieces. And I hate hospitals especially when I'm the one in the bed.

I would not touch that re-packaged powder with a 10 Ft pole. It is too dangerous.

Reloading must be about safety. Buying unknown powder from an unknown seller with unknown reloading data is just asking for trouble. It is no deal if it hurts you, or your guns, or people around you at the range who will sue YOU if something goes wrong.
