Mine is the Ruger GP100. The reason is that the Ruger quality is great and shooting this gun is as smooth as can be. Even my eighteen year old grandson loves this gun.
Ruger sure does make beautiful sweet looking quality stainless revolvers!Wonder if Ruger will ever make a SP-101 in 22 magnum.I bet it would sell well.
Mine is the 454 Casull in my Ruger Super Redhawk. It is a hand cannon, and I love to shoot it. I shoot a lot of hot 45's that I load in it when I practice. A 454 and a hot 45 LC
Hey Masonator,
I like your picture of the old Smith and Wesson. I have one that an fellow gave to my Grandpa for feed for his horse and to stay in his barn for the night. The story goes that he told Grandpa that he had ridden with the James gang. Mine is a 32 rimfire and I have two boxes of shells for it, and some singles. When I go to gun shows and there is a bullet collector that has some singles I buy them. They ask me if I collect, and I tell, no I shoot my old gun once in a while. You should see there faces. The old gun still shoots good.
I'll have to repost my reply in the favorite .357 thread because it's the same answer:
"Have a few and have owned a few more but I guess if I had to pick a favorite one, I'd have to say my 28 S&W w/6" barrel. I've owned a pair in 6" and also have one in 4" but, I can easily shoot the 6" more accurately.
They're accurate, reliable revolvers, and being built like a brick outhouse, you can give them a steady diet of full power loads."
