Is it possible to install a case feed tube and bullet feed tube without installing the collators? I can be my own collator for awhile <grin>, and keep filling the tubes every 20 or 30 units.
No problem with the bullet feeder, just buy the die and some fitting pipe.
After that I would not bother with the case feeder, you can feed cases with your left hand while operation the press. Won't be a lot, if any, faster with a case feeder after you get the feeling for it.
The case feeder comes with a lot of parts you need to feed cases without the collators, I have never checked if they are available separately.
A lot of people buy the Hornady bullet feed die and appropriately sized plastic tubes to make a manual bullet feeder. I'm not aware of anyone that has made a manual case feeder. Like vassago says an automatic case feeder is not any faster than feeding them by hand.
$35,- list price is way overpriced in my opinion when a piece of pvc tubing does the same.
For under $10 you can buy enough pipe and clips to hold over a 1000 bullets instead of just 120.
