Got my new GSG 1911 yesterday and took to the range and put about 150 rounds thru it. I have never been a fan of the 1911 format but after shooting this I love it... only a few FTF but was using cheap federal bulk ammo. I would highly recommend this to any one that wants to try a 1911 with out spending big bucks. also want to give GSG a big round of applause for making a great gun for the price. looking forward to shooting this firearm a lot more.
I have a GSG 1911 .22 marketed by Sig-Sauer and it's a great shooting gun. Mine won't shoot the cheap stuff at all, but it works great with CCI Standard Velocity .22 ammo. A nice gun. Good sights.
I have the Sig variant as well, shoots anything but Federal. I have put put about 4,000 rounds through it, great gun for the money. My only issue with this gun is the finish does not hold up well.
