These are coming from my great uncle. I'm not a big bolt gun guy so I'm looking for info. I know one's a Rem 700 and the other a Winchester. I've been told they are valuable but I'm unsure. Lemme know what you think?

Really not enough pictures and close ups of actions and stampings.
The one with the Hart barrel chambered in 308 is most likely a custom rifle for competition target shooting. Hart made super accurate custom barrels. And 308's are used for long range target shooting. And if there any adjustments to the stock that is also for target shooting. I would bet that they have adjustable target triggers too. Other than that I can't help you. Except to say you that your great uncle must have been into rifle target shooting.
You should follow him and take up the sport that he obviously enjoyed.

Thank you! I'd like to get better pics but the rifles are about six states away currently. Trying to get detailed pics of each from family members who don't know a thing about firearms is tough. This is all I have for right now. If I get more/better pics, I'll be sure to post them. I appreciate your insight!

Can't help you much more than I have Specialk_31
Custom guns are hard to put a value on. Most are made just for the one person and just to fit that person. Their value is what someone is willing to pay for them. And if you sell them you will seldom get even close what has been spent in building them. Many are of not much value as a hunting gun either.
Good luck and welcome to the TFF.

If he isn't sending you the cleaning rods, etc. Check out the barrels, cone, throat, etc and may be think about investing in a quality clean kit if you don't already have one. Various gun writers expound on how many rifles are boogered by clean rods and how the accuracy goes out the window for long range targeting. HB speaks about Montana Xtreme. I've not used them, but he likes them. I really like Dewey rods and adjunct. When my chemicals run out, I might try the MX stuff myself.

I'm thinking the Remington came from the custom shop, also. Notice, on the full-length picture, that, aside from the adjustable buttplate, there is also an adjustable comb.

Hart appears to still be making custom barrels, although I think the men on the stamp are retired, and that P.J.'s daughter's husband is running the company now.
