I got tired of going into box/coffee can for bullets, esp when cranking them out.Really didn't want to spend 40-50$ on one either. So I took a piece of 1/8 steel, bolted to Dillon and used a spare snap on magnetic parts holder.I dumped about 300 5.56 bullets in it for a test,no problems. Then of course after patting myself on back for such a cheap tray,I realized what was going to happen when I dumped a bunch of 109s in it.I like it,very ergonomic.
I've got a dozen stainless steel small pet bowls scattered around my reload room. They are tapered and about 7" across the top. The 1/2" wide lip on top is handy for labeling stuff with a Sharpie. I found them in clearance rack at hardware store and offered the guy 25 cents each. He took it. They came in real handy when I do 1000 round batches of 9mm or .223
