This nasty weather kept me home this weekend. I'll try to hit Coleman County next weekend. Hopefully, things will dry out a bit by then.
Good luck on the rifle sales.
we have alot of FFLs wtih stores that set up here so they are facing good competition
you still have to know what you are looking for and the going prices but you can find a good deal
of course there is always that table with the two old farts who sit there and just talk to each other, they have one table and a display case with high polished Colts and Smiths under the glass with no prices tags on them
you just walk past them and smile, becuase you know they are outrageous
I just got back
met some of my good buddies there and hung out.
I sold my Remington ADL 270 to a dealer who offered a fair price so I took it
I didn't buy anything, although I did pass up on a 9oz jar of Trailboss powder for only $32
one table had a set of Hornady dies for 270 for $20, I almost bought them to back a spare
nothing else I wanted , because I mainly went to sell no buy
Gun shows are more miss than hit nowadays, but hopefully now that we have a new administration things will go back to normal. But until than it is still like a blind squirrel finding a nut. It is possible to get a good deal but very rare.
