1942 Webley what kind is it ?

I have gotten a 1942 Webley Revolver Caliber 38 Smith and Wesson , it says England on the side of it and says 1942 top of the Barrel and U9512 on front bottom of the trigger guard and were it folds in front of trigger guard has royal crowns on it and EB 2 with swords crossed in between the E and B the 2 is at the bottom between the swords , the trigger has a letter C also a marking that has a capital D and I and double star..pic is just a Reference.....any help would be great Thank you

That sure is a good looking Enfield Mk 2 but it is not a Webley. I believe these WWII revolvers are finally beginning to take on a bit of a collector's status. And well they should . There is as much historical era associated with them as a Luger, P.38, 1911 .45 or any other side arm used in WWII. It is much less costly to put together a collection of Webley's and Enfield's than Luger's & P.38's. Big Coulee
