Heh!
Wife has us on a "Whole 30" diet, no processed foods.
Yeah, I married a nurse.
I salivate when I see processed foods now.
We did take a break during the holidays on the diet.
And it's not really a "diet" to lose weight, it's a diet to eat better.
Lots of meat! Lots of veggies! Essentially everything our parents and grandparents ate!
Someone re-branded it and called it a "Whole 30" diet and make a bunch of money!

I like them both, but need to show a little more restraint when around them. I keep seeing ads for IWB holsters, they are completely out of the question, with my love of tasty items sometimes I have a problem getting me IWB.
As a matter of fact while here my sister as eaten a bag of chips and a half container of cottage cheese. I had the cottage cheese to have with peaches.
