Good Moring, DB...You are indeed responsive that these figures and demonstrative displays are just that.."stunning"....Over the years I have heard and read many military experts claim that
certain islands such as Okinawa and Iwo Jima could have been starved into submission,
hence, the casualty figures would not have been so extreme...had not the atom bombs
been used to end the war, casualty figures for the invasion of the Japanese home-land would have been unsubstainable! Chief

I've looked at these numbers many times, so I was not at all surprised at the chart, but it was well done. There have always been wars, and atrocities committed by men, and there always will be, as long as man is in control. This 'peace' that we are all experiencing world wide should be looked at askew! Because it won't last! Man's fallen nature. How many will die in the next global war?

Extremely interesting. IMHO the one thing we've learned from history is, that we've learned nothing. The lessons and mistakes from the past are no longer being taught. Again IMHO, we a group (ALL of us) seem to have a propensity to repeat many of the mistakes of the past, this will be no different. The people that brought about the rise of Communism, the fall of the financial world (Oct. 29, 1929), the rise of NAZIism, and both the World Wars lost their last best opportunity for the rise of another type of "ism" with the defeat of Hillary Clinton. IMHO the stock market is being set up for a killing decline, governmental and personal finances will "disappear", another Lenin/Hitler will step forward to offer the masses a way to survive the ongoing tragedy. Then history will repeat itself once again.
