Be advised that about 99% of surplus 8mm is CORROSIVE. No big deal if you clean after shooting.

I bought a case of Turkish and a case of Polish (years ago) and both worked great. Came in sealed crates. The easiest way to clean after shooting corrosive is to wet down a patch with windex and run it through and wipe off the bolt head. It will neutralize the corrosive proporeties and then clean as usual.

Biggest problem with the Turkish ammo is case splitting along the neck. Check every round closely.
