"ugg" my ass, theres NO sauce on that, of ANY kind! Good BBQ does NOT need sauce. Applying any to mine is sure to tic me off!

The sauce bottle in the background is "Scott's", but it's no for my BBQ.

Nope, no mopping. I do inject it with apple juice and apply my dry rub about 12 hours before, and again immediately before putting it on the smoker though. About 5 hours directly on the rack, then into a foil pan with some apple juice in the bottom, plus real loose foiling, and back onto the smoker until done.
