Well, you can post pictures here for a value estimate and possibly some suggestions about sale venues.

Yep, you will need to put up a picture to get any reasonable estimate of value, napadude.

S&W made two different kinds of Victory model revolver, one for the British and one for the US, and the difference is important.

Also, those guns once sold for very little, so people often tinkered with them, modified them, or failed to take care of them. Condition means a lot, and can be hard for someone who is unfamiliar with guns to judge.

However, prices for examples in good original condition have gone up a lot, and unusual variations are fairly valuable. Unless you want to sell it to a local gun store or at a local gun show without knowing what to ask, your best bet is to put a picture up.
