RFID tags currently do not have the storage space to store medical data unless you have never been to a single doctor in your life.

More likely they would just install a bionural implant with a USB3.0 port in it.

Parents over here are having trouble with the state-mandated MMR vaccine. Some parents are concerned that it can trigger autism in children and the government has all but forced the vaccine on them anyway.
