Sounds like the school district is investigating and transferred the teacher to another location. Of course they have to do that to at least appear to do the right thing.

Similar kind of thing happened to me when I was in 8th grade, only not so aggressively.

seems like this crap is out of a fiction novel. I'm dreading having to interface with the school system myslef, oldest is in pre-school this year. I can only imagine the rocky road ahead with idiocy like this.
