Sad thing is, if you count those whose unemployment benefits have run their course, and folks who've been forced to file for SS Disability, or just plain given up - moved back in with their parents for instance, the true rate is probably in the low 20% range.

He's just practicing for the reduction in his domestic budget,

when it goes from 1400 MILLION of our money a YEAR, to

(what would be the personal budget %, of whatever his salary is,

When you look inside the numbers, here's what you find. The increase in jobs was due to the counting of part-time jobs, not actual gainful employment (IT guys flipping burgers). Also, they cut the employment force again. Right now, the effective work force is 63.7%, where it was under Carter in the late 70's. The U-6 figure, which is the more accurate indicator, is still at 14.7%.

This IS NOT a recovery.
