1. Justice Scalia just turned 78
2. Justice Kennedy will turn 78 later this year
3. Justice Breyer was 76 in August
4. Justice Ginsburg just turned 81. In addition, she is reportedly quite ill.
5. Justice Stephens has already said he is ready to retire and is just waiting for Obama to be reelected.

The next president could appoint as many as FIVE new Supreme Court Justices over the next four years.

Those are extremely important reasons to vote for Romney, but not the most important. The most Important reason is that Romney is a CAPITALIST, not a COMMUNIST.

Gentlemen don't be short sided ....Obozo has a 8 year term limit, a supream court justice is a lifetime appointment and they can/ have/ will change things for a lifetime :( including and possibly the second amendment among other things ....

Which is exactly why a second term could be terrible for the Supreme Court and our nation. If for instance, these justices do retire/die, he would put in the most left leaning Justice he could appoint. Now, say the Justice is 50, that would be an easy 20-30 years of time that would potentially leave a huge scar on the US. I wouldn't want that at all.
