So which one is back to basics? The 12ga or the tater fork? :D

Nice looking little varmint shooter...

I think the fork could use a little restoration though. Shouldn't affect the collector value if you clean & oil the wood and slap a good Ceracoat job on the metal. :)

Nah, a little Rustoleum and a few coats of wood polish and the fork would be good as new. Love the shotgun, though.

That fork's been out in the rain, probably where you last used it. I'm sure glad you don't leave your guns outside. :D

I'm still having one heckuva time figuring out what model that pump is.

You sure did a nice job on the wood though. I like it!
What finish did ya use on it?

1936 Remington 31R

Used Watco Dark Danish Oil
