Rev. Al to the rescue...?

What's his name has announced he'll be consulting with Al Sharpton and other civil rights leaders regarding his negotiations with Congress on fiscal matters. Um...HUH? Last time I looked the Rev. still owed Uncle Sam several hundred thousand dollars in unpaid taxes. Wow, now there's a real fiscal role model. Unbelievable.

Hi fellow old grump. I'm not the least bit surprised senior senior government officials are tax cheats or just plain crooks (remember those ABSCAM tapes of a Congressman quite literally stuffing his pockets with cash?), but was just wondering why what's his name feels it's necessary to consult with a known tax delinquent on matters of fiscal policy.

In meeting Sharpton and the others I'd guess he wants to assess where the flash point will be when the government begins cutting back on freebies, and also whether Al and Co. will have the influence to contain things. Scary.
