My old PPC revolver
1 Attachment(s)
Smith & Wesson Mod 10 with Clark Bull Barrel, Bo-Mar adj sight rib, bobbed hammer, cylinders have been camfered and numbered, single action removed, and a light, smooth trigger.
Fun gun to shoot with not much recoil. And very accurate. Just turned down $400 because it's worth more to me. I don't know why because I hardly ever shoot it anymore. Go figure. |

Re: My old PPC revolver
I have one sitting around also. It was made by Fred Schmidt. I bought it probably 15 years ago for $900.00. It has a shortened cylinder so it will only take .38 full wadcutter. I understand his idea behind it was, it helped accuracy with the round leaving the casing and going directly into the barrel. Without having to travel through the cylinder and then into the barrel.
I'm no gunsmith so I don't know if it really helped or not. But it served me well for many years. If I can figure out how to post it I may take a photo. |
