I picked this stock up from a friend and Im not sure what it is, I was told this forum is the place to find out.

that is a factory ruger 10-22 stock

Yup. And not a pretty one either. Be good for staking up your tomatos
or maybe beating the dust out of a rug.

If you have a 10-22 and small children, use this stock to cut down
to a "youth length stock".

hmmm... my wife needs a shorter stock... painted pink you wouldnt see the dinks
