Anyone going to Knob Creek this weekend?
 

I am gonna go tomorrow afternoon and wondered what to expect. Ive never been even though I only live a couple hours away.

I've heard nothing but good things. Schedule won't allow it this weekend, but we plan to be there in October for the first time.

I was thinking about it, but I don't really want to make the drive. I actually have a free Saturday (one of only two between now and mid-August), so I don't want to spend five hours of it driving down to Kentucky and back.

I dont really have the time either but Id suggested it to my uncle a few weeks ago and his wife is holding me to it. She says she needs a day off from him. So Im going to take my 11 yr old son too. He'll have a blast. Ill let you know how it is.

My daughter, her husband and their three boys attend every year and LOVE it!
Their second oldest fired a machine gun for $60 worth of ammo last year, and his eyes still glaze over when he talks about it.

Ok, I went. Was the coolest thing ever. I am now a junkie. Imagine 30 minutes of 30 or 40 machine guns from .223 to .50 cal firing off and on. And cannons too. They shot up a mini van a pick up truck and 2 boats. All shot to you know what. Tracers catching everything on fire, huge plumes of smoke and a huey giving folks rides over the tree line. And this happens all day long. Pretty awesome. I'll post a couple of pics this weekend when I get the time. If you get the chance gooooo.

A friend and I attended yesterday and like creektrails says it was quite an experience, picked up some .223 for a resonable price and seen a lot of ammo wasted with the full auto guns but it was fun, btw the helicopter ride was $100. I have a cell phone video but have no idea how to post it here.
