Need advice

I have a chance to either purchase a used Kimber Ultra Carry 2 in 45 acp for 769.00 or a used Colt New Agent in 9mm for 819.00.

Which would be the better choice?

If they both fit you well, I would reccomend the Kimber. That's just from my personal experience with my Kimber. Plus, it's a .45. :D If you havent shot them, I would try to though, just to see which one feels better to you. Which one I would pick dont matter a lick when you are the one shooting it. See if you like one better than the other. Either way, jump on one of them with both feet. You never know when the next chance you might have at one will be.

A Kimber UC II is my everyday carry and I prefer .45 to 9mm in this role. Which would be better for you - I have no idea...

This is exactly the responses I'm looking for. I already own a series 80 Government, so caliber isn't really an issue. Just looking for bang for the buck.

Thanks Gents.

A review on the Colt.

I owned a Kimber Custom Carry and liked it but decided it would never replace my Colt Commander.

So, I'd recommend the Kimber.

I'm going to put my vote in for the Kimber. All the Kimbers I've been around have been quality products.

The untras have a lot of recoil to them but other than that they are a great compact pistol.
