The Brady bill ended November of 1998 and was replaced by the current NICS system.there is no longer a federal waiting period.

Depends on the situation. If the stuff hit the fan today.I have enough. 22 rimfire ammo to feed my self and family for the rest of my life.so I would say 10/22 take down would be my choice.

It its what is called a "Dog proof" coon trap. The idea is that you put bait inside and a coon has to reach inside to get it and is caught. Looks Home made to me, but dificult to tell from the pics....
