Re: H&R "Premier" 32 Double Action Revolver

Did you have any luck finding the parts you needed? Which parts did you need?

I have an old model Premier torn down right now. I am in need of the trigger spring and the trigger.

Re: H&R's THE AMERICAN DOUBLE ACTION

I own three of these old revolvers myself, two in .38 S&W and one in .32 S&W caliber.

I have been able to find current production ammo in both .38 S&W and .32 S&W. Nobody is going to recommend...

Re: If the stuff really hits the fan.

You are forrtunate on the one hand and very unfortunate on the other. You are fortunate because, in Florida, after how many hurricanes since Andrew(?), people probably won't look at you crosseyed...

Re: If the stuff really hits the fan.

In a real SHTF scenario just having guns and ammo ain't gonna cut it (unless you're a bandito and you plan to steal everything you need.) You need to prepare in advance in every way: 1) spiritually...

Re: Ammo for H&R "The American"

One other thing... do you think that every person who owned a 1885-1899 vintage revolver just threw it in a drawer in 1900 because the cartridges switched over the smokeless powder? Or do you think,...

I own three of these myself, two in .32 S&W and one in .38 S&W. I just bought five boxes of .38 S&W Fiocchi from Ammunition To Go for $23.95/box. I also bought a box of .32 S&W Magtech for $19.95. ...

Re: Antique firearm question

The choice of the weapon depends on the status of the character. If he was a man of means, then a Colt or a Smith & Wesson are the most likely choices. If he was a working man (including police...

Re: Antique firearm question
